Refunds/Returns must be completed within 30 days of the delivery and the item must be returned. Past the 30 days items can only be exchanged. If an item breaks within the 30 day period customers are allowed to send it in to be fixed free of charge. After the 30 day period if an item is broken customers will need to pay a small fee for the repair.
